Energy Healing

Energy healings sessions can help you relax, which can assist the body to reduce cortisol, allowing the body to move into a state conducive with emotionally, or physically healing. 

It can allow energy to flow within the systems of someone's energetic field and body which can help bring up anything stored on a emotional level creating stickiness, so it can be gently released. 

It can also create more of a sense of connectedness which can contribute to reducing anxiety, depression or loneliness. 

For those that are conscious manifestors, it can contribute to getting your energy and body into a state where it can receive more, which can contribute to more ease creating your desired reality. 

Each person is unique in the way their energy unwinds and changes, meaning that there is no set amount of sessions required to create more ease.

It's more something to just choose if you sense it will contribute to you. 

Some people feel really relaxed, at ease and lighter as a result of the session, and can feel an increased amount of energy in the days that follow. 

Sometimes these sessions bring up emotion that has been suppressed for a long time, and so people can sometimes feel emotional in the days after also. It just depends on the person.

Neither is right or wrong, your system will allow things to change in the way that is most required for you. 

That is your choice to make, though I do recommend waiting a few days to allow things to unravel and release before having another one. Unless you know yourself that another one sooner is going to contribute.
